The Denver area's premier address is Governor's Island, a luxury home community with palatial stucco homes and boat slips extending on a finger of land out into the lake. Homes here can cost $1 million or more.

No traffic exists in this neighborhood. When driving down Burton Lane in Denver, this road deadends right into Governor's Island.  Only 30 or so homes exist in this community, which for that alone makes it unique.  The neighbors are friendly, close-knit, and truly appreciate the lake-living lifestyle. 

Buyers are always asking me about Governor's Island. All I can say is "when you come see it, you won't want to leave it."
