The Lake Norman Group, led by Frances Dawson, received the President's Society designation placing her in the top 5% of ReMax Executive at The Lake affiliates nationwide in 2007. In 2006, Frances was in the top 9% of ReMax Executive at The Lake affiliates nationwide which earned her the Leading Edge Society designation.

In her first year in Real Estate, Frances was named
Rookie Of The Year for the Lake Norman ReMax Executive at The Lake Office. She also received the Multi Million Dollar Producer award and the designation of ReMax Executive at The Lake. In 2004, Frances completed the educational requirements to receive the GRI designation. This designation for Graduate of the Realtor Institute is accomplished by less than 5% of the Real Estate industry professionals nationwide.

Amy has lived in the Charlotte area for nearly 20 years, about half of that time she has lived in the Lake Norman community. Amy is a licensed Real Estate broker and an experienced sales agent. She is familiar with all areas of the Charlotte Region and is an excellent resource.

Cathy lives in Lake Norman and is also a licensed Real Estate broker. Cathy has a rich background in customer service, sales and marketing
with a desire to help clients in all areas.
